Terroirs de sommets

“Terroirs de Sommets” gives back to taste its true worth by returning it to the overall chain that starts on the land and fi nishes on our plates.
Thus the Fair will highlight aromatic plants, farm animals, food and the latest innovations right down to treating food waste.
An exhibition of know-how with over 200 professionals and enthusiasts offering the public three days of discovery around what is on our plates in all its variations.
Taste is an essential value and the Terroirs de Sommets team, already the initiative behind the SIIAM, dedicated to architecture and design, wanted to create a fair that takes into account the local potential and the quality of innovations. The exposition, entertainment and activities should pay homage to the savours of the mountains, through animal husbandry, culture, production,
transformation and the presentation of the dishes. Three days during which the general public will be able to enjoy different events such as the culinary photography exhibition by Anthony Cottarel (winner of the public prize at the International Festival of Culinary
Photography in Paris 2011), workshops and tastings.
